The Administration of the German Bundestag is a supreme federal authority that assists the constitutional body, the German Bundestag, in the fulfilment of its comprehensive legislative and supervisory tasks, both in terms of content and organisation. Around 3,200 employees ensure the smooth running of Parliament, look after the staff of the Members of Parliament and visitors, process petitions, maintain relations with other parliaments and international parliamentary assemblies and inform the public about the work of the German Bundestag.
