Not fluent in English or German? No problem! Through your mobile browser, we’ll provide simultaneous translation of some sessions into German, English, Ukrainian, and Arabic. Just bring a smartphone and headphones! #BringYourOwnDevice
🛜 IS THERE WIFI ON-SITE?
Yes! A QR code for WiFi login will be displayed at the venue.
🟢 IS THE LOCATION ACCESSIBLE?
Yes! Ramps and elevators are available.
🙋♀️ DO I NEED TO REGISTER FOR ALL SESSIONS?
Not for all, but workshops do require registration! This ensures enough materials and seating are available for all participants.
✍️ HOW DO I REGISTER FOR WORKSHOPS?
Select a workshop from the program and click the orange “Sign up” button, which will take you to Eventbrite to complete registration!
⌚ WHAT IF I’M LATE FOR A WORKSHOP?
It’s best to be on time; otherwise, your spot may be given to someone on the waitlist.
🤯 HOW DO I KEEP TRACK OF THE PROGRAM?
Create your personalized program: on our website, save your favorite workshops, panels, etc., by clicking the “🧡” icon. Use the “show saved sessions” filter to stay on top of your schedule throughout the day!
