Dominik spent 15 years as a Marketing Executive at companies like Unilever, Coca-Cola, and L’Oreal. Today, as a Male Executive expert and speaker, his mission is to inspire men to engage in self-reflection and, by understanding their own limiting role patterns, develop leadership that is beneficial to themselves while becoming better allies for those who are not men. As a consultant, he advises companies and organizations on male-specific issues.

At the PEOPLE & CULTURE FESTIVAL 2024, he will lead a workshop on the topic “Beyond Alpha – Male Leadership Without Stereotypical Patterns.”
