Jennifer Porto was born and raised in Iowa, and after completing her formal education in music, she came to Germany as a Fulbright scholar. Following a career as an operatic soprano, she is now a member of the administration at NYU Berlin, and works as a moderator, primarily in the field of renewable energy.
