Katja is a freelance workshop facilitator, trainer, organizational consultant, and author of the book *”Workshops machen – Für inspirierte Teams, mehr Kreativität & weniger Blabla”*. She studied communication and design in Saint Etienne and at the UdK Berlin and spent over 20 years as Head of Strategy & UX Design at a digital agency in Berlin.
The future is built by teams: anyone looking to make an impact in complex environments must first learn how to collaborate better.
At the PEOPLE & CULTURE FESTIVAL 2024, she will lead a workshop on the topic “Feedback – The Transformation Booster for Teams.”
