Marco has an impressive academic and professional background. He earned his degree in Economics from the renowned Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich. His career has taken him through various roles in the media and digital industries. From 2010 to 2015, he worked in project management at Neue Mediengesellschaft Ulm mbH, where he later advanced to become a member of the management team for digital operations. His leadership skills were further demonstrated in his role as Managing Director at digitalmobil GmbH & Co. KG and later at W&V, Werben & Verkaufen. Since September 2018, Marco has been the CEO of Ebner Media Group, where he applies his extensive knowledge in areas such as social media, online marketing, digital media, e-commerce, online advertising, and marketing strategy.
At the PEOPLE & CULTURE FESTIVAL 2024, he will deliver a keynote speech on “How GenAI is Changing the Workplace.”
