Maria Hubert is the founder and managing director of workwell, an education agency specializing in the development and promotion of future skills in companies and institutions. As a lecturer in futures studies at the Technical University of Central Hesse and the HTW in Berlin, and a member of various networks including the Future Skills Alliance and the Future Skills Journey of the Stifterverband, she teaches skills for future-proof business strategies.

At the PEOPLE & CULTURE FESTIVAL, she will host a workshop titled “ChatGPT Basics: interactive, understandable, reflective – your introduction to the world of AI!”
