Marie Koch is Head of Operations and trainer at TAM Academy. Originally from the hotel industry, hospitality, structure and a good working relationship are essential for her. Together with her operations team, she ensures that our participants are inspired by the experience before, during and after the trainings around New Work and Modern Leadership and that they are empowered after graduation.
