Max Heywood (he/him) is building the community for German companies seeking international talent on *internationalefachkräfte.com*. After working for 15 years in Berlin in an international environment (NGOs and startups), Max has focused since 2023 on supporting the transformation of the German Mittelstand in the regions of Saxony and Saxony-Anhalt.

At the PEOPLE & CULTURE FESTIVAL 2024, he will speak on the topic “Beyond Willkommenskultur: What Do Expats Already in Germany Have to Say?”.
