Nina Straßner is Global Head of People Initiatives for SAP, where she works with and for HR managers in all countries on the challenges of cultural transformation in order to place the needs and inclusive working lives of all employees at the center of their HR work. It’s all under her proclaimed motto, “Dare to Care.” Before joining SAP’s management team and after completing her master’s degree in “Patentability of Software in US, UK and Europe”, she worked for 10 years as a specialist lawyer for labor law in the German labor courts. Since this year, Nina Straßner has been chairwoman of the board of the “Charta der Vielfalt” – Germany’s largest employer alliance focusing on transformation in companies. Born in Swabia, she lives with her family in Kiel on the Baltic Sea.
