Nora Feist is the Managing Director of Mashup Communications, a Berlin-based PR and brand storytelling agency, alongside Miriam Rupp. As the HR lead, she focuses on employer branding and ensures that, work-wise, the right people come together in the agency. She understands that long-term employee retention can only succeed through active listening and respectful, level-headed communication.
At the PEOPLE & CULTURE FESTIVAL 2024, she will be part of the panel on the topic “How Companies Can Win Over Gen Z and Experienced Professionals.”
