Patrick Gromm is the Head of Growth & Culture at TAM Akademie. After leaving his corporate career in the automotive industry to focus on people, organization, and culture through the lens of business psychology, he found his calling at TAM Akademie. Since then, he has been helping companies scale through modern leadership while developing TAM Akademie into one of the most relevant training partners for Germany’s fastest-growing startups and companies.
