Vanessa Fonseca is a People Lead with 12 years of experience, including seven years in tech environments. She specializes in tech recruitment and developing people processes. At Merantix Momentum, she leads the People area, focusing on building the ecosystem and empowering managers. With a background in psychology, Vanessa is passionate about feedback, diversity, and inclusion and actively organizes PyLadies Berlin. She is always eager to learn and enjoys connecting over coffee chats.
