Yolanda Rother (she/her) is the co-founder of “The Impact Company,” a consulting firm specializing in diversity, target audiences, and culture. She moderates and speaks on topics such as digital society, politics, diversity, and sustainability. A native of Berlin, Yolanda has also lived in Brazil, France, and the USA, and holds a Master of Public Policy from the Hertie School.

At the PEOPLE & CULTURE FESTIVAL 2024, she will be part of the panel discussion on the topic “Why Companies Must Make ERGs A Part of Their Diversity Strategy.”
