The People & Culture Festival 2024 is an event organized by medianet berlinbrandenburg e.V. and was launched in March 2022 with funding from the Senate Department for Economics, Energy and Public Enterprises. At the People & Culture Festival, media, creative and digital companies from Berlin and Brandenburg present themselves to draw attention to current vacancies – various recruiting formats bring companies and talents together. We also talk about current challenges in the world of work in panels, talks and workshops: topics include new work, remote work, leadership, international specialists and employment law.
The People & Culture Festival 2024 is an event organized by medianet berlinbrandenburg e.V., an interdisciplinary network association that connects players from the media, creative and digital industries, enabling creative collaboration and synergies.

The event will take place on October 17, 2024 – workshops and talks are planned from 10:00 to 18:00, followed by live music by Lara Hulo, Greg Taro and Linda! The event ends at 22:00.
Not for all of them. But actually for workshops! This is the only way we can ensure that there is enough material and seating for all participants at the start of the workshops.

It is worth coming to the workshop on time. Otherwise your place will be allocated to participants on the waiting list.
