The PEOPLE & CULTURE FESTIVAL is taking place for the fourth time on October 9! At Berlin’s Kino Colosseum, #PCF25 will once again focus on the challenges and opportunities shaping our work, education, and training landscapes. With this year’s focus „Resilience Ready!“, we will explore how to navigate constant transformation and emerge stronger together.
Our world of work is in flux: global instability, digital disruption, demographic change, and artificial intelligence are challenging both organizations and individuals. Resilience here means more than resistance—it’s about actively shaping change, learning from crises, and achieving long-term success together.
The festival’s goal: to provide tools, insights, and strategies to strengthen physical and mental health at work and sustainably develop future skills.Regardless of whether you’re a CEO, employee, freelancer, new to the workforce, or job-seeking—the PEOPLE & CULTURE FESTIVAL 2025 is for everyone curious about the working world of tomorrow.

Four program tracks form the interactive core of the festival:
Track 1: Mental Health & Wellbeing at Work
This track explores the measures companies and leaders can take to support the mental and physical wellbeing of their employees. We will discuss flexible working models and the importance of social interaction within teams and organizations to create stable working environments – increasingly also in physical spaces. A major focus at the People & Culture Festival 2025 will also be on the pressing topics of women’s health in the workplace and cyclical working models.
Track 2: Entrepreneurship & New Career Paths
University, vocational training, a social year, or starting your own business? This track highlights the different options young adults can take after school to enter professional life. We will also discuss pathways for career reorientation and how different generations can learn from one another in the process.
Track 3: The Future of Work and the Impact of AI
This track examines the influence of artificial intelligence on the working world of the future. We will explore how AI is creating new professions, reshaping roles, and what ethical and regulatory considerations must be taken into account when implementing AI in organizations and training employees. Another key topic: which future skills employees need today to be equipped for digital transformation.
Track 4: Demographic Change and the Future of Work Society
Demographic change will profoundly impact the labor market in the coming years. Together, we will explore how to address the resulting shortage of skilled workers through measures such as digitalization, integration of international professionals, strengthening female workforce participation, and extending working life beyond retirement. We will also highlight the many opportunities that intergenerational diversity brings to the future of work.
