This year, the PEOPLE & CULTURE FESTIVAL 2023 is dedicated to the latest strategies for solving the acute demand for labour. Under the motto “Filling the Gap”, we will transform Berlin cinema Colosseum into a vibrant festival site full of inspiration and innovation with topics from the world of work, education and training.
