Dear Monday is the digital learning platform for female leadership. Founded by Vera Strauch, we have been standing for a new world of work and a people-centered leadership culture since 2018 – one where everyone can look forward to Mondays again. We have already supported more than 3,000 women with hands-on programs such as the Female Leadership Academy, which combines depth, mindset, and future skills. Our goal: more women who lead with confidence, empathy, and authenticity.
