Since 2016, jobs4refugees has supported over 10,000 refugees and new immigrants in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. We offer them personal counseling, job preparation training, and qualification programs. Since our founding, we have worked with over 2,000 companies, to which we refer workers and advise on hiring refugees and diversity.

In addition, we offer our target group industry-specific and on-the-job mentoring by corporate volunteers from our network of companies. As a non-profit organization, we are funded by donations and grants from foundations, public institutions, private individuals, and companies.
