This year’s PEOPLE & CULTURE FESTIVAL embraces the theme „RESILIENCE READY!“ and will take place on October 9, 2025, from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm at Kino Colosseum Berlin.

For the fourth year in a row, #PCF25 offers a platform to explore the current and future challenges and opportunities of our working world.

This year, a special focus will also be placed on student groups, who will gain their first insights into professional life as part of their career orientation. For this target group, there will be a dedicated program track. Once again, the Youth Employment Agency and the Federal Employment Agency will be represented as key partners of the festival.
