Here we give you a small overview of useful information for #PCF25.

When does #PCF25 start and end?

The event takes place on October 9, 2025. The doors open at 9:30 AM. Workshops and talks are scheduled from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. The closing speech starts at 6:30 PM. The event ends at 8:00 PM.

Language barrier – what to do?

English or German not your strength? No problem! With the help of your mobile browser, we provide simultaneous translation of some sessions into German/English/Ukrainian/Arabic. Please bring a smartphone and headphones for this!#BringYourOwnDevice

Do I have to register for all sessions?

Not for all. But for workshops, yes! Only this way can we ensure that enough materials and seats are available for all participants at the beginning of the workshops. Here is the program!

Is the location accessable barrier free?
Yes! There are ramps and elevators available. The main stage in Cinema 10 has two wheelchair spaces (without companion) or one wheelchair space with a companion. For information & support, please contact the Colosseum in advance.

Can I also come spontaneously and without registration?

Please register in advance – this way we can plan better. Your free ticket is waiting for you here.

Will photo and video recordings be made?

Yes, there are photographers and cameras on site. Some sessions on the main stage in Cinema 10 will be recorded by Alex TV. Additionally, there are festival photographers who take pictures throughout the day. There is also a camera on site capturing impressions.
