Clara Hahn is the founder of Fired Up, a company that supports over 1,000 people each year in taking their next career step. What today gives many people courage was for her a long and painful journey: she didn’t graduate high school through the traditional school system, but instead through a self-organized association. After studying dance, her path led her via Barcelona and Paris to co-founding the successor startup of the Meetup creators.
During the pandemic, Clara – as a single mother – founded Fired Up out of the conviction that people especially need support for new beginnings in times of crisis. Today, the organization brings together more than 90 people: a core team and over 80 freelance coaches and experts. Clara’s story is shaped by setbacks, fresh starts, and the belief that resilience is not just about individual endurance, but about collective strength.
At the PEOPLE & CULTURE FESTIVAL 2025, she will speak on the topic “Your Skills Are Stronger Than You Think: Resilience and Career Reinvention.”
