Diane Hielscher was awarded with the German Radio Prize in 2014. She currently hosts the afternoon show on Deutschlandfunk Nova and also produces the podcast “Achtsam”. However, she feels that topics related to mental health and how our inner world relates to the world around us are neglected in traditional media, which is why she founded the platform LifeXLab.de. Having studied politics, Diane sees connections between our feelings, beliefs, traumas, and the world we have currently created around us.

At the People & Culture Festival 2025, Diane Hielscher will lead the workshop “Neuroplasticity—How we learn to shape our brains and the world ourselves”.
