Dr. Anja Adler has been working freelance as a process facilitator for more sustainable alternatives in living and working for over ten years. She co-founded Open State, a collective for transformation design, and researched digital democracy as part of her doctoral thesis. In her recent positions, she led the two programs betterplace co:lab and betterplace well:being to strengthen skills related to collaboration and self-care in civil society, and helped establish the innovation hub of the Federal Ministry of Justice as a Work4Germany Fellow. Currently, she is responsible for strategic communication and fundraising for Wir bauen Zukunft, a 12-hectare future site in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, and as a co-founder of TheGoodChange, she leads the training for Good Change Facilitators, a professional three-month full-time program supported by the Employment Agency.
