Dr. Chris Heimann led the Department of Improvisation at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (RADA) in London for many years. There, he taught, among others, Cynthia Erivo (Wicked), Taron Egerton (Rocketman), Amy Lou Wood (White Lotus), and Marisa Abela (Back to Black). As a theater director and author, he won Fringe First Awards at the Edinburgh Festival. He earned his doctorate on the topic of improvisation in the business context. For 20 years, Chris has been coaching leaders and teams on communication, collaboration, creativity, and leadership. Now Chris is in Berlin.
At People & Culture Festival 2025, he will conduct the workshop “Impro for Life – Improvisation as a Key to the Future.”
