Heike Dzaack-Crostewitz is the founder and managing director of DramaCare GmbH. As a Mental Health Coordinator, she supports film, television, and cultural productions with a focus on mental health and social sustainability – from risk assessments to aftercare. With over 15 years of experience in psychotherapy and trauma work, she brings extensive expertise in crisis intervention, stress management, and structural change within the creative industries.
