Ina Remmers is co-founder and managing director of the Rulemapping Group. As a committed social entrepreneur, she has been doing pioneering work for social cohesion for over 20 years. After successfully founding nebenan.de, she is now dedicating herself to transforming bureaucratic processes with the Rulemapping Group. Together with Till Behnke and law professor Stephan Breidenbach, she pursues the goal of making government structures citizen-friendly, transparent, and sustainable, thereby strengthening trust in democracy.

At the People & Culture Festival 2025, Ina Remmers will be a panelist in the theme track “The Future of Work and the Impact of AI.”
