Jacomo Fritzsche is a trainer, coach, and father. He co-leads the Institute for Inclusive Organizational Development and works at the Social Neuroscience Lab of the Max Planck Society. Building on his book “New Work Men” he develops training programs and workshops for men and fathers in organizations. With passion, he supports people in discovering, strengthening, and effectively utilizing their inner resources in everyday life and at work.
