Johanna supports people in communicating authentically and collaborating effectively. With expertise in design thinking, nonviolent communication, and mediation, she designs workshops that combine creativity with human-centered innovation. She approaches change processes – both in others and herself – with an attitude of “learning by doing,” “failing forward,” and a dash of humor.

At the PEOPLE & CULTURE FESTIVAL 2025, she will speak on the topic “Failing Forward: How we grow through fuck-ups.”
