In 2010, Katharina Wolff founded the executive search firm D-Level at the age of 26, which she led as CEO until 2023. From 2011 to 2015, the Hamburg native was a member of the Hamburg Parliament, where she was responsible for issues such as digital policy and equality. In 2020, contrary to all trends and during the Corona crisis, she founded a publishing company: STRIVE Publishing GmbH. Renowned investors such as Tarek Müller, Donata Hopfen, and Paul Schwarzenholz immediately came on board. Since January 2021, she has been the editor-in-chief of STRIVE Magazine, the business magazine for everyone who wants to rethink business.
