Kerstin Walter is a facilitator for educational and cultural transformation. In her work with young people, she focuses on self-awareness, empowerment, and future orientation. At the same time, she supports schools and initiatives in fostering a culture of care.

Together with Caro Frank, she will lead the workshop “Expedition Future: Finding your path through values and strengths” at the PEOPLE & CULTURE FESTIVAL 2025, where young people will develop visions for their future and discover their core values.
