Klara Haddix is Head of Culture at LichtBlick SE and is responsible there, together with her team, for topics such as organizational development, people development, DEI, and OKR. Her focus is on discursive change approaches that move both structures and culture. In addition to her corporate role, she is a guest lecturer at HSBA and works freelance at The Change Lab GmbH as an organizational consultant. There, she develops formats for dialogical change and AI adoption.
