Lela Grießbach heads up fundraising and partnerships at the non-profit organization jobs4refugees. She is a diversity trainer, intercultural consultant, and university lecturer specializing in migration and female empowerment. Lela advises companies on diversity-sensitive recruitment and integration and advocates for a working environment in which diversity is seen as a strength. Lela recently successfully completed her doctorate in diversity and entrepreneurship.
