Luisa is one of the co-founders of SHITSHOW. As trained facilitator in non-violent communication and a Design Thinking Fellow, she designs vibrant trainings, workshops, and speaks on (digital) stages. With her deep understanding of communication and team processes, she guides companies in their transformation towards greater mental health and a sustainable work culture. To promote holistic development processes, Luisa has also completed training as a systemic organizational developer. Her focus is on supporting teams and organizations to work healthily and resiliently, to develop innovative ways of thinking, and to optimize collaboration at all levels.
