Prof. Max Senges is a visiting professor of Life Skills & Entrepreneurship at the Berlin University of the Arts, director of the IEB institute, and entrepreneur in residence at the Foundation for Entrepreneurship. From 2020 to 2023, he was founding rector and CEO of the coding schools 42 Wolfsburg and 42 Berlin. Max holds a doctorate in philosophy and has both a master’s degree in the “Information and Knowledge Society” program from the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya (UOC) in Barcelona and a diploma in business informatics from the Technical University of Applied Sciences in Wildau (Berlin).

At the People & Culture Festival 2025, Max Senges will be a speaker on the topic “AI as job support or job threat? A plea for a humanistic AI model”.
