Philomena Schweizer holds a Master’s degree in Business Psychology (M.Sc.), is a trained systemic coach, and has been in leadership roles since her early twenties – most recently as a member of the executive board, head of strategic business development, and in-house leadership coach. Today, as founder of AETHER Coaching + Consulting, trainer, and coach, she supports people in taking responsibility for themselves and their teams. In her workshops and coaching sessions, she creates spaces for honest reflection on one’s own leadership role and for strengthening key future skills for successful collaboration.

Her work combines solid psychological expertise with systemic depth and an attitude that does not see strength and gentleness as opposites, but consciously brings them together.

At the PEOPLE & CULTURE FESTIVAL 2025, she will speak on the topic “Ego-Conscious Leadership.”
