Sandra Baron has been living and working in Berlin for nearly 30 years.
After her first ten years in management in the mobile communications sector, she founded BCC Baron Coaching & Consulting in 2005 and has since been working successfully as an executive coach & facilitator, supporting leaders, teams, and organizations in their development processes.
Through the loss of her life partner, she experienced firsthand how quickly a (life) plan can dissolve and how precious and finite life is. Since 2024, she has also been working as an end-of-life companion and, together with Tina Holmes, co-founded TabooTalker six months ago – a business initiative advocating for the visibility of women’s needs during menopause.
Drawing on both her professional work as a leadership coach and her own experience of menopause, she has made it her mission to break the taboo around this topic in companies.
Beyond her professional commitments, Sandra enjoys embracing the “slightly crazy”: she is an ice bather and handstand trainer who regularly expands her comfort zone to satisfy the adventurer within her – whether through paragliding, improv theater, bobsledding, skydiving, or canoeing in the Canadian wilderness.
At the PEOPLE & CULTURE FESTIVAL 2025, she will join Tina Holmes and Constanze Baier as a speaker in the session “Menopause – Shaping the Change Together.”
