Sophia Bütow worked for over ten years as a strategic consultant and project manager in the Berlin agency world. Today, as an independent communications consultant and holistic coach, she supports companies in finding organization-specific approaches to mental health and regenerative work. She is convinced that when we create spaces where inner work and relational skills have room, both people and organizations can sustainably realize their full potential.
