In coaching sessions, workshops, and training courses, Steffen Sommerlad helps teams and creative professionals gain clarity, create structure, and shape the future of their collaboration with a concrete action plan. He studied communication and interface design, learned design thinking at the HPI d-school, and completed systemic coaching training. Berlin is his home and hip-hop is his passion. He reads several books at once and writes really good articles on his blog.
