Today, I also work as a coach and mentor, with the aim of supporting people in their change processes in both their private and professional lives. My training in systemic coaching and body therapy, as well as my many years of professional experience, provide me with a strong foundation for supporting my clients.
In addition, as an interim manager, I primarily support start-ups and companies undergoing change processes. I help to structure complex processes and find sustainable solutions to problems.
As a speaker, I raise awareness of socially relevant issues. For example, I focus on the role of women in the workplace and the influence of different stages of life on professional careers and the supportive role of employers.
How can women’s health, changing priorities due to family or personal changes be combined with the demands of the modern working world? What role do corporate values and organizational structures play? How can the human resources department provide support?
I am particularly passionate about socially relevant topics that are often still considered taboo and deserve more visibility: the power of women over 40, women’s health, sexuality, menopause, female leadership, and people & culture issues. As a speaker, I am passionate about promoting dialogue and breaking down barriers.
At the PEOPLE & CULTURE FESTIVAL 2025, Tina Holmes, along with Sandra Baron and Constanze Baier, will be on the panel discussing “Menopause and Women’s Cycle in the Workplace.”
