Alex Wolf is a strategist, facilitator, and narrative designer. She supports impact-oriented organizations in navigating complexity, questioning ‘business as usual’ paradigms, and shaping futures based on justice, resilience, and connection.
As the founder of realutopia and contributor to initiatives like the award-winning Transformation Lab and the Network of Empathy, she anchors her work in systems thinking, intersectional feminism, neuroinclusion, and social justice. In doing so, she collaborates interdisciplinarily with journalists, filmmakers, entrepreneurs, activists, and politicians to make new perspectives on transformation visible. Currently, she is part of the ZOE Institute, where she develops strategic communication processes that translate scientific insights on post-growth and transformation into actionable narratives.
With a background in International Business, European Studies, and Design Thinking, Alex combines analytical depth with creative clarity – for the urgent task of making organizations and societies future-proof.
At the PEOPLE & CULTURE FESTIVAL 2025, Alex Wolf will be a panelist on the topic: “Can neuro-inclusive structures make companies more resilient – and how can this be achieved in practice?”
