Alexandra is Co-Founder and Chief Diversity Officer at Aivy. She received her Master’s degree in Business Administration & Linguistics from the University of Mannheim and the Sorbonne Université, among others. In 2021, she was a finalist at the Digital Female Leader Award in the Diversity category and in 2022 she was nominated as Diversity Ambassador at the Impact of Diversity Award. With Aivy, she has made numerous press appearances in addition to a TV appearance and most recently won the HR Innovation Award.
