Annika Schiefer, UX designer and coach with a passion for finding out what drives people. Her journey began with a degree in interaction design. Already here she was able to gain experience in different companies and industries. After an NLP coaching training, she started at MEIN MUTIGER WEG. Together they developed a concept combining Design Thinking and NLP and she was able to support more than 1000 students on their way to a fulfilling career.
