Isabelle Hoyer is a founder and entrepreneur who has been an advocate for gender equality and diversity in the workplace for over ten years. As co-founder of the PANDA Women Leadership Network, Isabelle and her team provide a platform for sharing and networking for over 3700 women leaders. With Employers for Equality, she and her team offer companies a unique diversity training programme and work with the world’s most renowned diversity experts. As a consultant, she works closely with companies that want to change their culture to create equal opportunities for all employees. She also moderates panels and gives inspirational speeches. As a mother of two grown-up children, Isabelle is also passionate about education, creating modern working environments and setting strong role models. Originally from Dessau, Isabelle and her family have lived near Munich for many years.
