Laura Christl is a coach, consultant for people-centered HR management, and a solo mom. After years in senior HR positions, she became self-employed – out of both vocation and necessity. Today, she helps organizations embed equality structurally and create spaces where people can thrive – with practical experience, clarity, and radical empathy.
