Maik Birnbach is a consultant for sustainability and organizational development, a facilitator for regenerative organizations at TheGoodChange, and is developing an approach with ourShare that shows what corporate responsibility can look like beyond compensation. He was a long-standing member of the sustainability team and strategy council at einhorn.
Vanessa Seemann is a certified systemic coach and change facilitator. She brings over ten years of experience in the communications industry as a strategy consultant, project manager, and team leader in agencies. There she learned how collaboration succeeds, where it fails, and what it really takes for good teamwork. In search of more meaning and inner balance, she shifted her focus from external goals to personal and interpersonal processes. Today, she accompanies individuals and teams through change processes – with a systemic view, a great deal of empathy, and methods that promote reflection, mindfulness, and creative problem-solving.
Her work creates spaces where development becomes possible – individually, in teams, or on a structural level.
At People & Culture Festival 2025, they will host the workshop session: “Transformation frustration?! How we can use resilience to effectively shape regenerative change without falling into exhaustion and resignation.”
