Svenja Christen is an absolute job sharing nerd. After gaining hands-on experience with the model, she founded the jobsharing hub in 2017 — the leading job sharing consultancy in the DACH region. In 2022, she launched her second venture: PairToShare, a recruiting tech tool that enables job sharing job postings and placements through a research-based matching algorithm. She is considered the thought leader in the field of job sharing, actively shaping and advancing both practice and research.
