Vera Marie Strauch is the founder and CEO of the continuing education company Dear Monday. She studied business administration in Germany and New Zealand and completed her Master’s in International Business as a Fulbright Scholar in the USA. In 2015, she became one of the first women under the age of 30 to serve as managing director of a medium-sized construction supply company. After leaving the industry, Vera founded her own educational company in 2018 and is now a sought-after speaker on leadership and organizational development.

In 2023, her book “Unbequem: Eine Aufforderung zum Anecken” was published by Hoffmann and Campe. Vera Strauch believes that in the age of AI, we need more than ever a rethink of the working world and the courage to fundamentally change structures.
