Katja is an independent facilitator, trainer and organizational consultant. She is the author of the book “Workshops machen” (Doing Workshops) which will be published by Campus in Autumn 2023. She studied communication and design in Saint Etienne and at UdK Berlin. She was Head of Strategy and UX Design at a digital agency in Berlin for more than 20 years. Looking for more human-centered impact, she experimented with different professions and roles over the years: visual design, project management, UX, leadership, strategy and facilitation. To her, impact in complex environments is possible only when teams work together with truth and trust and co-creation is the only way to move mountains.
